#08 Cabled yoke pullover by Norah Gaughan

Needles: 4.5mm for body, 3.75mm for yoke, 4mm for ribbing

Sizing: M

Modifications: I don't like turtle necks so I didn't do one, I just did a few rows in pattern until I thought it looked long enough and bound off loosely. I did a provisional cast on for the sleeves, and then knit the yoke before the sleeves. This meant that I could get them to the right length. I wanted full length sleeves however on wearing they seem to be shrinking (this is not unusual for my hand knits… but in this case I can undo a bit and add some more). One round of cable crosses is the wrong way round due to me not being able to read a chart…but it doesn't seem to matter. The yarn is much thinner than recommended so it's a bit see-through but I love that about it. I also love the colour of the yarn and the texture, although I did have to remove lots of bits of straw!
