#14 Leaf Yoke Top by Angela Hahn

#7: Leafy Top. Pictures finally off the camera :) I love this top!

Yarn: Kuka Yarns Springtime (with leaves/beads removed), I used 3 skeins, so have 1 left. Need some ideas for what to do with it!

Needles: 3.75mm for yoke and 4mm for body

Sizing: small for yoke and medium for body

Modifications: I firstly knit the medium yoke on the size 4mm needles, but this was twice the size it should have been, so I reknit on smaller needles in the small size. A lot of ravellers had commented that the armholes were really large, so because I had knit the small yoke, I put the medium body onto it leaving less arm stitches. The arm holes are perfect. I did crochet edging around the neck because picking up the stitches to do the icord edging was really difficult. I also did a lace pattern at the bottom rather than the turned hem because I didn’t want a bulky section around my waist. So I did a simple lace pattern and then seed stitch for 5 rows before binding off.
